Carissa Billings with Nelson County E-911 Dispatch in Bardstown, Kentucky was honored with a KPATC Challenge Coin this week for her exemplary service in finding the location of an emergency from a 10 year old boy who did not know his address. She not only found the location, but had first responders to the home within 3 minutes of receiving the call which ultimately saved the life of a grandmother who was caught on fire and needed oxygen immediately.
