Mark Fletcher gives a personal example of why Public Safety should be given top priority in all cities/counties to ensure if you or your loved ones are calling for emergency help you will be found, even if you aren’t able to complete your 911 call or speak once your call goes through. This 911 technology is available to locate callers, but it isn’t at all centers. And if you’re staying at a hotel, make sure it is compliant with Kari’s Law to ensure if you call 911, you don’t have to dial a “9” to get to an outside line.
